Employees of Vítkovice Cylinders from the Cylinders Holding Group will see an increase in wages.

Management and the union have agreed to an eight per cent pay increase across the board starting in May and to clarify the rules for taking sick leave. Employees will receive increases of up to eight percent, differentiated by job performance. This means that they are motivated to higher labour productivity, production quality, compliance with work safety, etc... Vítkovice Cylinders has a two-year collective agreement from 2022, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vítkovice Cylinders Jan Světlík and the Chairman of OS KOVO STROJÍRNA Milan Rossmann thus signed an amendment to the current collective agreement on 1 May. The company currently employs 400 people.
